Ontario refugee parents get good news after struggle to enter U.S. to see premature baby

A Windsor, Ont., refugee couple are relieved the federal government is finally allowing them to more easily cross the border to Detroit to see the baby Mohamed Jeran’s wife gave birth to prematurely in late November.
