Parents say Canadian scouts learning ‘resiliency’ as storm forces jamboree to move in South Korea

Thousands of youths have travelled to Buan, South Korea, for the World Scout Jamboree, including 235 youths and 143 volunteers from Canada. Parents say that despite the extreme heat and tropical storm threatening the jamboree, they’re happy their kids are getting a chance to stay abroad.
