Exhaust sparks likely caused train cars to go up in flames before rolling through London, Ont., TSB says

Sparks caused by a locomotive’s exhaust system likely started the sequence of events that ended in flaming train cars barrelling through downtown London, Ont., in late April, the Transportation Safety Board of Canada says.
