Businesses reopen as life in Hay River, N.W.T. returns to new normal after wildfire

Businesses in Hay River, N.W.T. have varying degrees of optimism about the future after a wildfire forced residents out of the town for nearly two weeks. One local restaurant fears the government’s financial support program isn’t going to be enough.
